This 90 minute class will teach you how to help manage the human aspect of incidents in the park with compassionate objectivity. It will provide an introduction to managing those associated with an incident but not necessarily the focus. The class should help lay the groundwork for transferring responsibilities to a Family Liaison Officer or Investigator.
