About the Course
Highlines and crosshauls can be complicated, gear-intensive and resource-heavy options for specialized rescue situations. But what are the pros and cons to each? Which system uses more gear? Which option sees higher forces? Is one easier to set up than the other? Some answers are subjective, while others are not. This one hour presentation will dissect the observations and data mined from multiple load monitors during the Peak Rescue MRA pre conference workshop, "Highlines versus Crosshauls" and will present findings that can assist rescuers in choosing the best system on future rescues.
